One-on-one support for your tech questions
Having trouble with your smartphone or tablet? Feeling a bit stuck or frustrated? Tech Café is a relaxed, drop-in space where older adults can get one-on-one help with everyday tech questions.
Our trained volunteers are happy to help with things like navigating your device, using apps, texting, sharing photos, email, internet basics, online safety, and more. No question is too small.
Before you come: Jot down your questions ahead of time so you can make the most of your visit. And don’t forget to bring your device—fully charged and ready to go!
For everyone’s security, volunteers are unable to help with password recovery or online financial transactions, such as banking or purchases.
