Centennial HallLearn about smart choices for everyday medications & then walk with us!
Get out, get active, and enjoy the benefits of walking! Pharmacist Monique Bergenwall talks about choosing the right over-the-counter products and the safe and effective use of common medications and supplements. After the talk, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden, just opposite the south entrance, facing New Street.
Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity, and we encourage people of all walking abilities to participate in this event—whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices, mobility aids, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver provided at the start of the walk.
