Skills for kids to manage emotions & improve focus. Ages 5-10.
Come to an interactive class where kids learn simple techniques to manage emotions, reduce stress, and build focus. Through playful yoga poses, creative breathing exercises, and age-appropriate mindfulness activities, children gain tools to promote calmness and emotional awareness.
For ages 5-10. Parents/caregivers are expected to stay in the room with the child during the session.
