Holland RoomExpert advice to how to thrive through menopause
Feeling more tired than usual? Struggling with sleep, focus, or mood changes that don’t quite make sense? You might be experiencing perimenopause—a natural (but often confusing) stage of life that many women aren’t prepared for.
Come to an informative and supportive session on women’s health and perimenopause, where we talk openly about what’s happening in your body—and how it can affect your day-to-day life. From energy and memory to work, relationships, and routines, we explore real-life challenges and practical ways to manage them. You’ll leave with simple, realistic strategies to help you feel more in control, improve your well-being, and navigate this transition with confidence.
Whether you’re going through it yourself or supporting someone who is, this session is for you. Let’s shift the conversation from "just get through it" to how can we support function, balance, and well-being.
