Centennial HallA creative self-care experience for teens
Slow down, recharge, and reconnect through this calming and creative experience. Begin with a gentle, heart-centred guided meditation designed to ease stress, quiet the mind, and cultivate gratitude and inner calm. From there, carry that grounded, positive energy into hands-on artistic expression. Create something uniquely your own—materials are provided. Each piece becomes a special keepsake to take home, serving as a reminder of this peaceful, heart-opening time. No experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy a welcoming space to relax, create, and connect. Enjoy a snack after meditation and enter for a chance to win a door prize.
