Heart-Centered Meditation & Art for Teens

Program RoomA creative self-care experience for teens
Teens are invited to slow down, recharge, and reconnect through this calming and creative experience. We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-centered guided meditation designed to ease stress, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of gratitude and inner calm. From there, participants will carry that grounded, positive energy into hands-on artistic expression. They can create something uniquely their own— materials will be provided. Each piece becomes a special keepsake to take home, serving as a reminder of this peaceful, heart-opening time. No experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy a welcoming space to relax, create, and connect. Enjoy a snack after meditation and enter for a change to win a door prize.
