An experiential workshop to explore emotions through art
Explore art-making as a gentle, accessible way to support emotional well-being. Using simple materials and guided prompts, experiment with colour, metaphor, and mark-making to connect with your inner experiences in a relaxed and supportive setting. No art experience required. Facilitated by art therapy student Joanna Chow-Fernandes.
Presented in partnership with Carpenter Hospice
