Self-care tips to deal with caregiver fatigue
Are you caring for a loved-one with a palliative illness? Do you often feel physical or emotional responses of caregiver fatigue, like lack of energy, hopelessness, and difficulty coping with everyday things?
In this workshop, Garrison McCleary, a registered social worker and Wellness Coordinator at Carpenter Hospice, provides caregivers with the knowledge of how to identify caregiver fatigue and the essential tools to help support their holistic well-being. This workshop is open to individuals caring for a loved one with a palliative diagnosis.
