Honour Earth Day and give old small appliances a new lease on life
Before you toss it, try fixing it! Bring small household appliances (toasters, coffee makers, hair dryers) or mechanical items like clocks, lamps, and fans to the Repair Café.
Skilled Burlington Repair Café volunteers will troubleshoot and fix your item while you watch and lend a hand. It’s a relaxed, hands-on way to learn new skills and keep everyday items in use rather than in a landfill.
To register for a 30-minute repair session, please email burlingtonrepaircafe@cogeco.ca and tell them what you'd like to bring.
