3rd FloorLinwood Barclay & Ian Brown in conversation
Your literary enjoyment is doubled when two renowned Canadian authors share the stage! Linwood Barclay and Ian Brown discuss their latest books and address the question: how does the past inform the present and the future?
In Barclay's Not A Word, a man’s world is upended when he discovers a grisly crime scene in his family home. To protect the people he loves most, he digs deep into his own past to understand who his parents were, what they did, and who they hurt—before he ends up paying for their sins.
In his fearlessly candid, often funny and relentlessly real book Seventy, Brown asks the terrifying questions we all have about growing old, even when he doesn’t want to know the answers.
A Different Drummer Books will be on-site with books for sale and signing after the talk.
Presented in collaboration with HarperCollins Canada and Penguin Random House Canada
