The importance of bone health

An education series to help you understand the importance of bone health, what factors contribute to low bone density and osteoporosis, and how to reduce risk for falls and fractures. This talk also explores the role of exercise, nutrition, and medication/supplement management.
Technical requirements:
Registered participants can borrow a Chromebook to take home for a 4-week period. Internet access is available free at the library. If you would like to borrow a Chromebook for this program, you must provide your library card number when you register.
