How to Move Through Fears
Fear often gets in the way of living the life we truly want. Whether it's fear of disappointing others, making mistakes, encountering spiders, or flying on a plane, these worries can affect our quality of life and our relationships. Sometimes, fear shows up as obsessive or intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. In this session, a Psychotherapist from the Burlington Family Health Team will provide psychoeducation on the anxiety cycle and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). You'll learn evidence-based techniques and practical strategies to manage fear, reduce anxiety, and take steps toward a more fulfilling life.
