Wellness Through the Years Series
Runs Thursdays February 5 to March 12, with one class presented each week. Participants are expected to attend all six sessions.
This 6-week education series explores the mental, cognitive, physical, social, and medical aspects of healthy aging. Learn how nutrition, exercise, medication, social connection, and more can impact your overall well-being. Each session offers practical strategies and local resources to support you in aging well.
