Capture and share important memories
A legacy is tangible—something that loved ones can hold onto, to help provide healing and comfort year after year. It could be a collage, a handwritten letter, a video, or even a song. Legacy work provides a unique opportunity for people with a palliative diagnosis and their loved ones to reflect on their lives. It can be a meaningful way to spend time together, offering space for participants to remember life events and the people who shaped them.
During this session, learn how to start a legacy project, as well as hear from Avalon Harris BMT, MTA, about the supports available to them through hospice.
Presented in partnership with Carpenter Hospice
