Children’s Storytime TreeAn Egyptian folktale adventure for Culture Days
Experience the magic of Egyptian folktales through stories, movement, humour, and plenty of audience participation! Told in Egyptian Arabic, English, and French, traditional hadouta stories come to life as kids repeat phrases, make animal sounds, and even become part of the story.
Celebrate Egyptian culture and the joy of storytelling together. Designed for kids ages 4–8 and their families; children of all ages are welcome. No registration is required. Join us for one or all 45-minute sessions!
1pm - French Storytelling
2pm - English Storytelling
3pm - Arabic Storytelling
Once Upon a Hadouta is offered in the four Halton Region municipalities as part of Culture Days. Burlington Public Library sessions are presented in collaboration with the City of Burlington.
