Snuggle up and read to a St. John Ambulance therapy dog
Build confidence and a love of reading by reading aloud to a furry friend. Each child will spend about 10 minutes reading to one of two trained pet therapy dogs and their adult handler. While they wait for their turn, kids can work quietly on literacy activities in the program room. Geared to children ages 6-12.
Paws for Stories is very popular at this location, and space is limited; please arrive early to secure your spot.
Presented in partnership with St. John Ambulance
