Music is an effective way to support the self-care routines of people who take care of others. In this workshop facilitated by certified music therapist Avalon Harris, hear about music & mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion. Attendees are welcome to participate in whatever way is comfortable to you—no experience is necessary. This session is open to those caring for a loved one with a palliative diagnosis.
