Author of Billy Crawford’s Double Play
Acclaimed writer Brad Smith discusses his latest novel, Billy Crawford’s Double Play, with Hamilton Spectator columnist and thriller writer Lorraine Sommerfeld. Smith's newest book, set against the backdrop of small-town baseball and scandal-ridden politics, is wisecracking and fast-paced, looking for hope and integrity in places where we least expect them. In a discussion that's sure to be a home run, Smith talks about how the book came to life and the inspiration for the characters behind this baseball-politics double play story.
A Different Drummer Books will be on site with books for sale and signing after the talk.
