Explore basic mindfulness exercise
In this experiential workshop, Danni Kozela, BSW, RSW, introduces mindfulness and explores how cultivating self-compassion can support resilience in the face of grief. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to grieving, but mindfulness is a gentle coping strategy that many find helpful. Participants will have the option to try simple mindfulness exercises during the session.
