Mindful movement & meditation to relax and restore
Join us for a soothing afternoon designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. Release tension, reduce stress, enhance body awareness, and restore inner balance through a calming blend of guided meditation and gentle, mindful movement. This experience is suitable for all levels—including complete beginners—and ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful, mind-body reset. We wrap up with a Q&A session, offering time to reflect and ask questions in a supportive space.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
