Here's what we're reading this month The Family Way by Christopher DiRaddo
Forty-year-old Paul, who lives a well-drawn and recognizable urban gay life, is approached by lesbian friends and asked to donate sperm to help them have a baby. That request begins the book’s moving consideration of the many forms and meanings of family, a variety of which are lovingly detailed in the plot as our protagonist and his friends dine, chat, share their lives, and support one another through good times and bad.

Aldershot Branch, BPL’s first satellite location, opened on 29 September 1960. The branch relocated many times, most recently reopening on 01 December 2011 in a new facility shared with Halton Community Housing Corporation. It is the first BPL branch to open in a residential complex.
