The importance of bone health

Runs September 21 to October 12, with one classes presented each week. Participants are expected to attend all four sessions.
This 4-week education series helps you understand the importance of bone health, what factors contribute to low bone density and osteoporosis, and how to reduce risk for falls and fractures. This talk also explores the role of exercise, nutrition, and medication/supplement management.

Presented in partnership with Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, and Pharmacists from the Burlington Family Health Team and Caroline Family Health Team
