3rd FloorIt's your turn! Be a part of the Festival Finale
We wrap up Poetry Month with a whole afternoon of poems and lyrics at our Festival Finale.
Are you a poet, singer, songwriter, or musician? Or are you an appreciative audience member?
If so, then you are invited to be a part of the Lyrics & Poetry Festival Finale event at Burlington Public Library.
Here's the opportunity:
- 4-minute time limit (and we're strict on this).
- We'll have a mic and speaker, and a basic amp for acoustic performances
- Sign up when you arrive—first signed up, first up on stage. We'll do our best, but we may not get to everyone on the list in 90 minutes.
- The expectation of respectful content (no sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or hateful language)
Whether you want to share your talents or just come watch in a warm, friendly, supportive space, the Open Mic event is for you!
Festival Finale
This event is part of our Festival Finale. Attend one, or better yet, join us for all three!
