The importance of bone health
Runs Thursdays, March 5-26, with one class presented each week. Participants are expected to attend all four sessions.
This 4-week education series helps you understand the importance of bone health, what factors contribute to low bone density and osteoporosis, and how to reduce risk for falls and fractures. This talk also explores the role of exercise, nutrition, and medication/supplement management.
