Let's celebrate Family Literacy Day together!
Celebrate Family Literacy Day with author Lana Button! This year’s theme—Make Mealtime Family Learning Time—comes to life as Lana reads One Can, leads fun mealtime songs, and guides a warm, age-appropriate conversation about empathy, food scarcity, giving and receiving, and all the foods your family loves best.
This program is geared towards families with children ages 4-8.
Lana Button is the award-winning author of several children's books, including her new chapter book series, Brianna Banana. Her books have been translated into several languages, won numerous awards, and been recognized as the Canadian Children’s Book Centre’s Best Books of the Year and Best Bets.
