Centennial HallA Culture Days celebration
Celebrate Culture Days with a grounding guided meditation followed by a musical journey through cultures and traditions. Our special guest singer from Montreal shares a kaleidoscope of international melodies, including Ukrainian and Russian folk songs accompanied by guitar, the beloved Italian classic O Sole Mio, and two uplifting Indian hymns in Sanskrit and Hindi that are joyful and easy to sing along with.
This unique gathering invites you to relax, connect, and celebrate the universal language of music while opening the heart through mindfulness and shared song.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
This 100SeedsOfJoy workshop is presented in collaboration with the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network.
