Join us for our walk & talk program
Get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking! This session is led by Burlington Family Health Team physiotherapist, Jessica Lammers. She explores various shoulder conditions, including their diagnosis and treatment. Hear how you can optimize shoulder health through exercise. After the talk, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden, just opposite the south entrance, facing New Street.
All participants must sign a waiver, which will be provided at the start of the walk.
Presented in partnership with the Burlington Family Health Team and Just Walk
