Naturopathic doctor Dr. Joanna Sparrow leads an immersive and enlightening workshop focused on holistic wellness and the cultivation of resilience to deal with mental and physical stress. Topics covered include:
- Insights into what happens in your body when you feel stressed
- Nutritional and plant-based support for stress and anxiety
- Rejuvenating guided yoga and pranayama (breathwork) practices to promote physical and mental well-being
- Understanding the benefits of Virtual Forest Bathing
- Demo of handcrafting plant-based therapy such as bath soak and room/pillow spray
We recommend wearing comfy clothes. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat and pillow to the session.
