Relax and unwind at a unique evening of music and meditation with classically-trained musician and meditator, Shivangna.
Enjoy a guided meditation to experience inner calm and balance, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute. Our presenter wraps up with Q & A session.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
