Canadian adventurer & author of Park Bagger
LIVE via ZOOM followed by a Q&A
Take a virtual trip across Canada with explorer, environmental conservationist, writer, and photographer Marlis Butcher as she shares stories from her inspiring book "Park Bagger: Adventures in the Canadian National Parks."
In 2019, Marlis Butcher became the first visitor to have been to all of the National Parks of Canada. In 2021, Rocky Mountain Books published "Park Bagger" to share the “park experience” to encourage others to explore the national parks and protect Canada’s vast wilderness.
Attendees are welcome to email events@bpl.on.ca with your questions for the moderated Q&A before the session starts. Please indicate the session date and title in the email subject line. Due to time constraints and the volume of questions, only a limited number of questions may be answered.
