Introduction to yoga for little ones and their grown-ups.
Introduce your little one to basic yoga techniques through song, stories and fun with props (bubbles, shakers, etc.). Healthy emotional regulation is supported through breathing techniques, which are taught through play. Led by yoga instructor, Cristina Saban.
Please bring your own mat or towel. Geared to children ages 2+.
