"Black history didn't start with slavery; it was interrupted by it" Actor, beat-boxer and artist Sean Mauricette a.k.a. SUBLIMINAL takes a look beyond slavery at what black people were doing before the word "black" even existed. From black Saints to one of the richest people in history, their stories illustrate the impact of this advanced civilization on the world. The evening ends with a powerful performance that fuses beat-box and spoken word.
