Centennial HallPractice present-moment awareness
Let go of stress for a calming hour and practice present-moment awareness communally with others. Explore this experience with curiosity as we aim to support ourselves as best we can without any judgment. Just bring an open mind and wear comfy clothes; no experience is required.
Together we explore how to:
- Slow down
- Let go of worries & cope with negative thoughts and emotions
- Respond rather than react in stressful situations
- Have a greater sense of joy, gratitude, and presence in our life
- Be more aware of the habits of our mind
- Be less critical and more compassionate towards ourselves and others
