Anitha Krishnan is a Burlington-based author and an award-winning poet with nine published titles. Her contemporary fantasy novel, Dying Wishes, set locally and based on Hindu mythology and South Indian folklore, was a finalist for the 2023 Rakuten Kobo Emerging Writer Prize in the Speculative Fiction category. Born in India, she has travelled the globe and lived in Singapore and Australia.
