There are many stressors and overwhelming feelings we all experience, and journaling and poetry are creative ways to unburden, release stress, and replenish from within. Come to this creative workshop where you will be guided to journal from prompts and play with poetry. Everyone is welcome. Please bring your journal or a notebook and pen.
