Get active with mindful exercises during March Break
In this fun-filled session, learn different animal and nature yoga poses with Ms. Cristina. From warm up stretches to a relaxing cool down, kids move through animal and tree poses to learn, balance, stillness, and focus.
For ages 3-6. Parents/caregivers are expected to stay in the room with the child during the session.
