Prepare for the year ahead with intention and connection. Join creative and educator, Jenn Luxmore-Begin to explore the 13 Moons of Creation and learn to incorporate these teachings into your daily life through planning and journaling. Jenn introduces Anishinaabe teachings that guide her new 13 Moons of Creation Planner and Journal and Calendar, and leads attendees through a planning activity that emphasizes unison with the seasons and moon cycle. Everyone is welcome! Come prepared for an evening of connection, conversation, and cross-cultural learning.
Doors open at 6:30pm for conversation and refreshments. The presentation will begin at 7pm. Planners and calendars will be available for purchase and online order after the presentation.

Jennifer Luxmore-Begin (she/her) is a creative, musician and educator, settler-Anishinaabe woman with roots in Mattagami First Nation. As an educator and facilitator of women’s circles, Jenn works to create community, connection and embodiment of culture in everyday life. Jenn is a sister in the Indigenous Women’s Collective, Grandmother’s Voice. Jenn lives on the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation with her husband and two children. She is the author of 13 Moons of Creation Planner and Journal, published by Indigenous Reflections.
Grandmother’s Voice is a visionary Indigenous organization that aims to unite Indigenous voices while extending a warm invitation to people from all directions.
