A writing workshop for kids with Jennifer Mook-Sang
Prepare to be amazed by your own ingenuity as you create your own stories! Jennifer Mook-Sang reveals secrets to plotting an intricate and enticing tale that you will put into practice during the workshop—because practice makes better! We’ll start from scratch—no need to bring anything but your imagination, curiosity, and the desire to know what makes a good story hold together. This workshop geared to ages 9-12.
Funding for this workshop has been provided in part by the Burlington Arts and Culture Fund
Jennifer Mook-Sang is the author of the middle-grade novel, Speechless, and picture books Captain Monty Takes the Plunge and The Care and Keeping of Grandmas. When not writing, Jennifer likes to read recipe books and make things like biryani, pepperpot, and cassava pone. She also twists a mean balloon animal!
