Join us for our new walk & talk program
Get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking! This Just Walk session is led by Burlington Family Health Team physiotherapist Jessica Lammers. First, hear how to keep physically active as we transition between the seasons. Find out how much physical activity you need to do, what kinds of activities you can do in Burlington, and what "Activity Snacks" are. And then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden, just opposite the south entrance, facing New Street.
All participants must sign a waiver, which will be provided at the start of the walk.
