Reflecting on grief & winter wellness
Our northern winter months, with their darker days and cold, stormy weather, can heighten feelings of isolation and sadness. In this session, we make space for the unique weight of grief in the winter months and explore ways to cope with grief during this season.
You will leave reflecting on what is problematic about winter for you, your current self-care practices, and a self-care plan for this season.
Presented in partnership with Carpenter Hospice.
If you need an accessibility accommodation during this program, please register early so we can confirm arrangements a few days before your visit.
Tansley Woods Branch Library opened on 14 September 1996, at the time the first new branch in 28 years, to serve a growing northeast community.
