Care tools & self-compassion for caregivers
In Ontario, nearly 4 million people provide unpaid care to loved ones—and many experience high levels of stress and burnout. This gentle session offers a supportive space for caregivers of individuals with life-limiting illnesses to explore mindfulness, music, and self-compassion practices that nourish the heart. Come connect, reflect, and restore alongside others walking a similar path.
