Yoga & crafts for ages 3-9
In this fun-filled session, learn different animal and nature yoga poses with Ms. Cristina. From warm-up stretches to a relaxing cool-down, kids move through animal and tree poses to learn, balance, stillness, and focus. After yoga, kids make a carry-away a mindfulness craft to continue practicing calm and awareness at home.
For ages 3-9. Parents/caregivers are expected to stay in the room with the child during the session.
